ACHIEVEMENTS
Book publishing
Buchanan High School graduate and professional baseball player Tony Mansolino has written and published "Dreams Will Come, Dreams Will Go," an illustrated fictional book that captures the essence of the minor league struggle.
Mansolino wrote the story in between bus rides, baseball games and substitute teaching and then established his own publishing company, Play Ball Publishing, to ensure quality production of the book. A portion of all proceeds for "Dreams Will Come, Dreams Will Go" is donated to The Bruce Kaye Brain Tumor Foundation.
Mansolino is currently a minor league player in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. His book can be purchased at www.playballpublishing.com.
